Steve is a Managing Director at White Oak Partners. He shares responsibility for overall management of the firm and focuses on sourcing acquisition opportunities for private equity groups and corporate buyers.

Prior to co-founding White Oak Partners, Steve was a Partner at P. Joseph Lehman, Inc., a civil engineering firm in Hollidaysburg Pennsylvania. His career includes nearly 20 years at various positions in civil engineering, environmental engineering and compliance, and site development.

Steve received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
