White Oak Partners is exclusively devoted to buyside acquisition searches. Our firm traces its roots back to the early 1990’s and our process combines thoughtful research and perseverance leading to successful transactions.
We work with private equity groups, unfunded sponsors, family offices, and corporate buyers. We are not industry focused, but instead employ a generalist strategy seeking unique acquisition opportunities. Our transactions typically fall in the $5-100 million value range, but we have also been part of both larger and smaller transactions.
