We target strong performing companies in the lower end of the middle market. Typically these companies are generating sales greater than $5 million annually. We have experience in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, services, distribution, consumer products, technology and software. Below are our typical criteria for companies, although we have no size requirements for add-on transactions.

 
 
 
 
 

Transaction Process

Our process quickly gets to valuation discussions so you know you are spending your time wisely. The process can be as quick as 90 days, but typically takes four to six months.
