White Oak Partners Initiates The Acquisition Of Weed Pro By Apax Partners And Its Portfolio Company Authority Brands, LLC

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Weed Pro by Authority Brands, a portfolio company of Apax Partners.

Weed Pro is an Ohio-based lawn service company currently serving the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati markets. Weed Pro offers environmentally friendly expert lawn care services for both residential and commercial customers.
