White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Power & Pumps, Inc. by Frontenac and its Portfolio Company Motion & Control Enterprises

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Power & Pumps, Inc. (P&P) by Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a portfolio company of Frontenac.

P&P is full-service multi-line stocking distributor of pumps, power transmission, and specialty products for a range of industries.

MCE is a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air products, filtration, service, and repair solutions. The Company serves more than 30,000 OEM and end-user customers from 53 facilities located in 16 states.

Frontenac is a Chicago-based private equity firm. The firm focuses on investing in lower middle market buyout transactions in the consumer, industrial, and services industries. Frontenac works in partnership with established operating leaders, through an executive-centric approach called CEO1ST, which seeks to identify, acquire, and build market-leading companies through transformational acquisitions and operational excellence.
