White Oak Partners Initiates The Acquisition Of Pipe Lining Supply By Behrman Capital And Its Portfolio Company Waterline Renewal Technologies

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Pipe Lining Supply by Waterline Renewal Technologies, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital.

Pipe Lining Supply is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of materials and equipment used in the lateral sewer lining and drain, waste and vent (DWV) rehabilitation business. The company was formed to support customers who need training and support and the equipment and materials to rehabilitate aging sewer laterals and pipes to restore to like-new condition.

Waterline Renewal Technologies and its portfolio of brands is a leading provider of engineered products used in trenchless repair and rehabilitation of wastewater/stormwater infrastructure for municipal, commercial/industrial and residential applications, and provides a diverse range of products and services through its brands APM, LMK Technologies, Perma-Liner Industries, and LightRay.

Based in New York City, Behrman Capital was founded in 1991 by Grant G. and Darryl G. Behrman. The firm invests in management buyouts, leveraged buildups and recapitalizations of established growth businesses. The company’s investments are focused in three industries: defense and aerospace, healthcare services, and specialty manufacturing and distribution.
