White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Nilodor by PNC Riverarch Capital and its Portfolio Company HOSPECO, a division of The Tranzonic Companies

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Nilodor by HOSPECO, a division of The Tranzonic Companies, a portfolio company of PNC Riverarch Capital.

Nilodor is a manufacturer of proprietary odor control and odor neutralizing products for the facility care and pet care markets. HOSPECO is a leading manufacturer of personal care, hygiene and cleaning products. HOSPECO is the largest operating division of The Tranzonic Companies.
