White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of IER Electrical Equipment and Controls by Chicago Switchboard, a portfolio company of Promise Holdings.

IER is a manufacturer of custom products used for power distribution and motor controls in a wide variety of end markets. 

Chicago Switchboard has been a leader in quick-ship, custom built electrical distribution equipment since 1936.

Promise Holdings is a private holding company formed to invest in and help operate early and late stage businesses, primarily in the dynamic consumer industry.
