White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Honest Air Conditioning of Venice for Conditioned Air, a Portfolio Company of Gemini Investors

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Honest AC of Venice by Conditioned Air, a portfolio company of Gemini Investors.  Honest AC of Venice provides air conditioning replacement, maintenance and repair services to residential and small commercial customers.  Conditioned Air, the leading residential HVAC provider in Southwest Florida, provides HVAC maintenance, repair and installation services. 

Gemini is a private investment firm based in suburban Boston.   Gemini has made over 150 investments in middle market companies since 1993.  The investment firm has raised six limited partnership funds representing in excess of $850 million of capital under management and focuses on investing in smaller business who are leaders in their industry with compelling growth prospects.  Gemini began its partnership with Conditioned Air in 2015.
