White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Construction Testing & Engineering Inc. by Palm Beach Capital and its Portfolio Company Universal Engineering Sciences

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Construction Testing & Engineering (CTE) by Universal Engineering Sciences (UES), a portfolio company of Palm Beach Capital.

CTE provides geotechnical, environmental and civil engineering; survey; construction inspection and materials testing services to development and construction communities.

UES is a nationwide leader in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, building code compliance, threshold inspections and environmental consulting.

Palm Beach Capital is a private equity investment firm with offices in West Palm Beach and Sarasota, Florida. Currently investing out of its fourth committed fund, the firm focuses on high growth investment opportunities and partners with management teams in middle market management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments.
