White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Chemco Products, Inc. by JZ Partners and its Portfolio Company Triwater Holdings

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Chemco Products by Triwater Holdings, a portfolio company of JZ Partners. 

Chemco manufacturers water treatment chemicals for industrial wastewater and municipal drinking water treatment applications.

Triwater Holdings LLC is a provider of products, services and technologies through multiple distribution channels to customers addressing critical water issues. Triwater serves the water treatment, water filtration and water infrastructure repair markets.
