White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Barker Industries, Inc. by PNC Riverarch Capital and SilverMill, LLC and their Portfolio Company TCP Analytical

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Barker Industries by TCP Analytical, a portfolio company of PNC Riverarch Capital and SilverMill. Barker Industries supplies high purity inorganic chemicals for the pharmaceutical, aerospace, R&D, and electronic industries. TCP Analytical is dedicated to making research and production simpler, faster, and more reliable through a focused portfolio of chemical, research reagents, and laboratory product companies in the USA & Canada.
