White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of America’s Swimming Pool Company by APAX Partners and its Portfolio Company Authority Brands

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of ASP Franchising, Inc. (dba America’s Swimming Pool Company) by Authority Brands, a portfolio company of APAX Partners.

ASP is the nation’s largest swimming pool service franchise with over 100 franchise owners operating in more than 350 cities across 21 states. 

Authority Brands is a leading home services franchising platform and the parent company to The Cleaning Authority, Homewatch CareGivers and America’s Swimming Pool Company.
